Dr. Beeland served as Chair of the Georgia Educational Technology Conference in 2022 and 2023. He retired in July 2022 as Director of Federal Programs and School Improvement Coordinator from the Barrow County School System. He has 15 years experience managing technology at the school and district level. Dr. Beeland has provided instruction on integrating technology around the country and has many years experience providing technology instruction at the collegiate level, having most recently served as a part-time Assistant Professor at Kennesaw State University.
